Between 6:11 and 6: 32 am this morning a local cell phone called my cell phone 11 times...11 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was only the last two that finally woke me. Fucker.

Get Sirius!

I'm in the process of hooking up my new Sirius satellite radio in my car! I can't wait!!! I bought the cheapest one to start out because you never know, I may hate the thing...but I doubt that!

Just like Brit...We's Coooountry!

I went home this weekend. I didn't just go to my hometown for work like I normally do twice a month, I returned to the past...but the present past...hmmmm... We had a bachelorette party for my high school friend and oh my God! What a hoot!!

We had a decoy of the bridal shower in the afternoon followed by the surprise bachelorette party. She didn't suspect a thing. We gathered at a local inn and drank through penis straws while the bride-to-be had the infamous penis cup, not to mention the penis veil.

Anywho, one thing led to another and we took a trip to a party of another friend. At his house it was like walking into 1993 all over again expect all of our friends were married and pregnant. Some of us were facing our high schools loves with their wives. Weird.

All in all, we drank, we laughed, we fired a few guns...

I touched my newt

I cleaned my fish tank tonight. I figure moving is the best time to clean everything within an inch of its life. Poor Wayne (as is Newton, as is my fire bellied newt), he was a bit overwhelmed when I attempted to coax him into an alternate container while I cleaned his home. During my endeavour I realized his front right foot is still missing. I was hoping that may have regrown by now...here's hoping.

The moving continues. My back hurts, my feet hurt, but my spirits are soaring! I freakin' love this new place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the middle

Boyfriend and I are smack in the middle of moving into the new pad. It's quite funny when I pause to realize we're only moving to the other side of our kitchen and living room wall. We're close enough to the old place that my cordless phone and wireless internet are accessible in the new place. Maybe one day I'll actually move to a new city or even across town. Wowszers!

Must of our belongings are in the new apartment but there is certainly lots remaining to be moved yet. All of those odds and ends that seem so important to hang onto are now seeming unimportant! Burn it!

Anywho, LOVING the new pad, LOVING IT!!
